Can't install Visual Composer 6 (Next button grayed out)

G'day mates ,

OS : Windows 2000 AS sp 4 + IIS 5.0 + IE 6.0

DB : MSSQL 2000 sp 3

adobe svg viewer : check

MSXML v4 : check

Visual Composer 6.0 when i am on the %%%%%% screen the Next button is grayed out and i cant continue with my install ?

i tried checking the forums (query = can't install Visual Composer 6 ) but i was unable to find anything .

if you guys could point me in the right direction
