In MSS role provided by SAP at below path :
pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.roles
You will find an iview with name Service MAP....
In PCD its path is
pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.common.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.common.iviews/com.sap.pct.erp.common.servicemap
If you role does not contain it...then you can add it to your role from above given PCD location...
