Find out what kind of userstore is active

Hello,

i am working on a WEB AS 640 JAVA and ABAP which i did not install myself.

How can i find out which Userstore ist active (SAP System or UME)?

    Hi Andre,

    You can check that using the Offline Configuration editor tool. Here's how to do it step by step:

    1. Make sure the WAS Java DB is online.

    2. start the offline configuration editor tool by executing the \usr\sap\<SID>\<InstanceNR>\j2ee\configtool\offlinecfgeditor.bat script file.

    3. browse the tree to Configurations -> security -> userstores. Locate the active_userstore property and see its value. This is the active user store.
