is URL changes as per the system/environment/cleint?

Hello

I have developed a interactive form from webdynpro-ABAP, which works as GLOBAL (all regions) and the URL as below,

 
http://dklmvd01.us.fox.com:9000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zadobeform

I knew that the 1st part ( "http://dklmvd01.us.fox.com:9000" ) will change as per environment (QA/Production) and client (100-US, 200-Europe), but, pls let me know the 2ns part ( "sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zadobeform" )............ is it a CONSTANT value/parameters for all environemnts and clients?

Yes, the second part will constant across all the environments.
