I have run into a few issue related to transports. I have transports created that have dictionary objects in them. The transports were moved to our QA environment without issue and the structures are identical between DEV and QA. The problem arises when the transport is imported into our production environment. An "older" version was moved instead of the current active version that is in DEV or QA.
The reason I am told this happens is because it is part of a "1 in a 1000" transports that successfully complete but don't really.
My questions are: Has anyone else seen this anomaly? What is the root cause? What can be done to fix this?
