Hi Sir/madam,
I'm getting # while generating reports on Multi Provider. How can i hide # in reporting on Multi Provider.
Regards,
Vishali.
Hi Vishali,
Say if you have 2 infoproviders in a multiprovider, then you have to use only the characteristics which are common in both the infoproviders in the drill down of the report. ( In rows or columns ).
If you introduce any characteristic which is not common in the drilldown then you will get # as it is not available in one of the infoproviders.
if you want to introduce any filter in any of the characteristic which is not common, then you have do the restriction locally in the KF where you want to apply this filter.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Krishnan

Hi,
Exclude '#' for the required infoobject restriction in BEx query designer.
Hope this helps...
