ESS iView not found: :.default

I have installed ESS BPO 50.4 on EP 6.0 SP4.

After setting up all the config, I created a role for a user that includes the "Employee Self-Service" workset.

When I try to navigate through the links, I get the "iView not found: :.default" error for all the links.

Did I miss something in the setup?

    Hi Reza,

I was wondering whether you solved this problem? I am having the same "iView not found: :.default" error.

Any chance you could tell me how you solved this error.

    Many thanks

    • JoJo,

This error was actually a combination of various missing configuration settings both on SAP and ITS. Our BASIS team had to publish several web modules form SAP and do some config settings on ITS.

I also found it helpful to go through the documentation for ESS Business Package provided by SAP (although very limited).
