ECM - SALES ORDER LINKING

Hi,

Currently we have implemented the ECM with respect to bom ,routing and document changes.

Now we have requirement to assign ECM to sales order i.e if there are some changes are made in Finished product bom that this should reflect into Sales order of that material in SALES A tab of sales order....

I need the help how to assign ECM to Sales order management.

I don't think that you can include sales orders in the objects controlled by ECM.

Anyway, the business case is not clear. Why would you want to have the order changed with reference to an ECM? Changing with ECM is mainly for master data objects, for which you want to have control over the process of change, keep versions, and have future validity.
