page not found or not available while logon to portal

Hi Experts,

I got an error message when i log on to portal. Except masthead i didn't see any thing there. There is no top level navigation also getting error saying page not found or not available. I had super administrator rights and i logged with another users also but getting same error. we r not using ESS/MSS application.

Before one day of getting error it worked fine. Server downs next day and then restarts from onwards it is displaying that error. I checked roles from nwa user admin, i had every user role, standard role and super admin role, but didn't see any roles (tabs) displaying at top level navigation. Then again we restarted the server but getting same error.

Plz help me about this issue, Thanks in advance

Monitering -> logs and traces -> default trace.....

See the error there...I guess it would be latest one.....

Hi,

maybe the framework page got a little bit damaged during the server crash. Can you check if the iViews and inner page is still assigned to the framework page?

I tried to view the logs after login to portal, but in logs i didn't find any message regarding this error. I searched java logs, default trace but in vain.

Please ask basis team to look the database logs.
