    Dear Prashant,

Use the option which was told by me earlier reply or else make the material revaluation by using MR21 (make the price as Rs.1/-) ,so list gets automatically excluded while preparing monthly MIS. (Note this will impact on Profit & loss account ,you need to explain the same to users if requirement is there)

    Dear,

If you have balanced stock in system and if in future, you don' want to use the same then transfer all these stocks into block stock or create a new storage location and transfer these stocks into newly created storage location ,so once you download report (MB52) from SAP then you will get the required summery.

    • If u want, user not to do the any transactions for these materials, create new storage location. Move all these materials to this location. Remove the authorisation for this Storage location for the user.

      Thanks

      Sachin
