Product key

Hello!

I have installed the uperform server. However, when I enter the product key and company name to configure the server, it pops up an error message," The wrong number of arguments were provided for this method : ValidateKey".

Also, the web service of IIS 7.0 has an error of event 1007, is it related to this?

Can anyone help me?

Hi there,

Are you installing from new or upgrading to a newer release.

If you are a new customer then you should look at this note

[1590899|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1590899] Domain name change of SAPFulfillment page from RWD to Ancile

If you are installing the product for the first time then you need to apply for a key through either of these links ->

http://interact.ancile.com/gm/sapfulfillment

http://interact.ancile.com/gm/uperformsapfulfillment

If you are upgrading then please create a CSS message and we will quickly give you an updated key.

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Matthew

the problem is the when I reinstall the server, it will pop up the message that the key is expired or invalid.

Best Regards,

rwd version?

for 4.1 or lower, try this:

1. On the Search Server, open Services

2. Stop the AutonomyDish and AutonomyIDOLServer services

3. Via Windows Explorer, delete/rename the following folders:

autonomy\DiSH\license

autonomy\DiSH\uid

autonomy\IDOL\uid

autonomy\IDOL\agentstore\license

autonomy\IDOL\agentstore\uid

autonomy\IDOL\category\license

autonomy\IDOL\category\uid

autonomy\IDOL\community\license

autonomy\IDOL\community\uid

autonomy\IDOL\content\license

autonomy\IDOL\content\uid

4. Restart the AutonomyDish service

if not working, check logs

- A copy of the Collabconsole.txt file located in <(><<)>(>

<<(><<)>)>installdirectory>\Collaboration\log.

- A copy of the Server Error log file: <install

directory>\WWW\uPerformWS\ServerErrors.xml.

- [RWDuPerform Directory]\Collaboration\Collab.props
