Citrix Email Attachment Blank


We have a customer with the following issue

They are using SAP Business One 8.81 PL 04.

They use Citrix to connect their server and have for over a year.

They connect using iMac or Mac laptop.

They send out attachments from email often.

The issue from the Macs to Citrix is they send out an A/R or A/P Invoice but the PDF attachment would come over blank. Only happens with Invoices, all other does work fine when attached to an email.

When you do a Print Preview or PDF button from in B1 from the Citrix login on the Mac it also shows blank.

We have rebooted the server

Update Adobe reader (on server and Mac)

Removed and reinstalled the Citrix client (on Mac)
