Is it possible to delete a rolledup request from Infocube? If yes, then is the corresponding data deleted from the aggregate?

    Hi Coolrdb,

Goto RSA1 select datatargets --->Click on find >give your CUBE>If it has aggregates it will have aggregates symbol

Then select aggregates symbol-->de-activate all the aggregates associated with the CUBE,then delete the bad request from CUBE.

Again load it to the CUBE and then do the rollup.

If you try to delete the request without de-activate the aggregates you will get below error.

"Request ID 1111111 is aagregated, compressed or scheduled"

    Hope this helps

    Regards,

    Venkatesh

    hi,

Steps if the requests are not compressed --

First deactivate the Aggregate by using the program SAP_AGGREGATES_DEACTIVATE then delete the Request from Info Cube.

Load the data again and do the roll up.

    Steps if requests are compressed--

First deactivate the Aggregate by using the program SAP_AGGREGATES_DEACTIVATE then delete the data selectively from Info Cube. Load the data again and do the roll up and compression.

    regards,

    Arvind.

    Hi,

Yes it is possible to delete rolled up request from infocube. For that you will have to deactivate all of the aggregates built on top of the cube and once request is deleted you can refill the aggregates.

    Hi,

Yes it's possiable first you have deativate all aggreates build on that cube.

If your using 3.x data source if that request is available in PSA you can do the request reverse posting.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Venkat.
