Running a Crystal Report through Business One requires the sa password

I posted the below message about a month ago and received no responses, so I have another question. Are there any other Crystal Reports (in relation to business one) resources that I can seek info from? I just want our users to be able to run a simple Crystal Report from their SAP Business One menu, without having to enter the sa password.

I have created a simple crystal report, with two parameters (date range) and added it to the main menu using the Report and Layout Manager, in 8.8 PL19 HF. The first time I run the report, after each logon, I am prompted for the sa password. How can I avoid this? Not only do I not want to give all of my users the sa password, but I don't want them to have to deal with the hassle of entering it. The report works fine otherwise.

I saw some notes similar to this, but never really saw an actual fix provided.

Hi,

This is a known issue but without much user can do. There are other Crystal Report forums but none of them deal with B1.
