mail issue from SAP

Dear All,

End user get the mail from our SAP server.actually spool list showing more than 1000 files.

In mail end user getting daily 700 files.

how to solve the issue.

please help.

Hi,

You can check the status of Mails sent from SAP in transaction SOST. If needed you can release them manually if they are stuck or you can resend them as well.

Hi Durgesh,

Mail recieving end user but not getting all files.he is getting 700 files.but spool list consist more than 1000 files.

This file list will be increase everyday.

i have checked from SBWP t-cde inbox,it is showing 700 files.from SM37 spool list more than 1000 files.
