Not quite sure what you mean by AA in terms of compatibility, however IE8 is the most widely used browser in terms of stability! (IE9 is currently still being worked on by WD development)
However notes 1296419 and 1347768 give more info but it depends on your Basis version also as for example IE8 and Firefox 3.5 is only supported with Basis SP21 and there are some issues with safari and chrome also depending on the rendering of the application.
You can check this against the product availability matrix too under your SAPNetweaver installation used
