DSO Activation failed due to Fatal error.

Hi All,

I am loading data to DSO from two falt files. One is MD file and another one is TD file.

While activating the requests in DSO it throws error 'Fatal error occured while starting dialog process 000005'.

After that i have gone through the transaction RSODSO_SETTINGS and i have increased the maximum wait time for process and then i tried to activate the requests but same error came.

please help me how to overcome this error.

How can you upload both MD and TD into a single DSO?

Share the structures of DSO and files.

Hi Anil,

DSO Structure : Customer Name ,Cutomer Address , Country,Customer Class,City,Business Contact,Customer account group,

Gross Amount,Tax Amount,Net Amount

Flat file structures :

MD Structure : Customer Name ,Cutomer Address , Country,Customer Class,City,Business Contact,Customer account group

TD Structure : Customer Name ,Tax Amount,Net Amount
