Empty content when log on portal BI

Dear experts,

I have an user called "A" assigned Z_BOD role, this user work successful

I copied user "B" from "A". Then I upload role Z_BOD in portal.

But when I using user "B" to log on portal, The portal is empty and I see log off button only.

Please help me to solve this problem.
