Asset Depreciation.

Dear Experts,

I have a problem in Asset Depreciation.

We transfered one Asset to cwip, but the aquisition date was 28.03.2011 wrongly entered the Aquisition & capitalization date

that is 31.03.2011. so that it is calculating depreciation on CWIP Assets.

Client does not want depreciation to get post

Please give me the sollution

Hi,

Remove depreciation key from Asset master.

Usually AUC asset class shouldn't have depreciation key and useful life, these two fields are optional for this asset class.

Please go to OAYZ and deactivate all depreciation areas for this asset class.
