No itemization exists for material

Hi Expert,

While im doing cost estimate with t.c ck11n , the following error is coming.

No itemization exists for material 92200 in plant 1001

i checked kp26 planing...........plan price is available.

i checked the BOM and ROUTING..........

But still im getting the error....

Please help me how to resolve....

in the error log im getting the following messages.

1) no object was costed.

2) Cost component split costed with value of zero

What is the costing lot size?

Increase the costing lot size and check.

I increased the lot size......still im getting the same error.

in error log im getting the follwoing errors.

ck060- object not costed.

ck240 ...cost component slitt valued with zero value.

Dear Ram,

Normally, you need to check the valuation price and the strategy for the Material costs in the valuation variant.

Bom is exploded in QTY STRUCTURE BUT ROUTING IS NOT.

It seems ck240 is a follow up error of ck 060.

Check whether the routing is existing for the material. Do the necessary rectification and provide feedback.

You need to add BOM validity dates. That should resolve your issues.

Also, the error 'Cost component split costed with value of zero' means that SAP encountered enough error messages and cannot calculate a product cost estimate. You will usually also see message CK 060 'Object not costed' at same time. So these messages are products of the error and not helpful in determining the error.

Here we are using ECM perameter contol for BOM and ROUTING, so we can not use validity date for BOM and ROUTING,

So please help me in this situation what is the additinal settings are required to get std cost estimation.

Raw material having cost,,,,,,,,, Bom does not contain any SFG,,,,,,,,,,in operations control key is fine.
