SWEC deletion request not reflecting in test

Hi,

I have done some changes in development. Trying to transport a request for BUS2012 ( event releasestepreated). I am trying to delete this entry.

I deleted in dev. Saved. And now when I transport, it doesn't reflect in Test. The requests are successful but the test entry is not getting deleted.

We tried again. We save the new creation of the entry in dev and the deletion in the same request. And transported. Still didnt reflect in test. request was succesful.

We tried again. Didnt trandport the creation only the deletion was transported. Again no luck.

We tried again, Transported the creation and then transported the deletion. No luck.

Can we do the same thing through SPRO node, will it make any differences? Do we have alternate transaction for doing it?

Thanks,

Anu.

    Hi,

that is weird, what did the transport log say?

Also check OSS for similar problems you might need to upgrade your installation.

If all else fails. find out which tables are involved and create a manual entry in the transport request. If the entry does not exist in the source system, but if you do provide the key in the transport request then on importing it it should delete that entry.

Or go quick and dirty ask what is the procedure at your company for temporary changes to scc4?

    Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
