UWL api doesn't seem to see items

Hi everybody,

I am retrieving the number of items a user has in their UWL inbox by using the UWL api. Since a System problem we restart our application Server (CE 7.2 SP 4) the api doesn't work properly. The number of returned items is always zero. The API reports I have no items, but i have at least 30 Workitems in my UWL. Other user have the same issue.

This issue appears only on our productive system. On other systems (DEV, CONS, QUALITY) it works correct.

What could we do?

Does anyone know why the API doesn't seem to see items?

    Hi,

    Did you go to System admin -> System config -> Universal worklist? Is your system alias activated?

    Is your system object working correctly? (I am assuming here that you are retrieving the work items from a backend system.)
