Batch field in ME21N

In Me21n i want to do Return delivery, for that i will enter the Material code vendor PO quantity and the Batch number, from which i am going to return it to vendor

All the details should flow in PO output, Material code, Vendor, PO quanity, Batch

I found the Field name MENG, and the Table name is MCH1 is it Correct ??

But i have given this to My Abap programmer he couldn't make the entries(Batch) flow in to PO output

How it should be made possible???

Hi,

Fetch the Batch number from field CHARG field in EKET table. Give the PO number as input.

Why are tyring to to do return delivery through ME21N or it is mis-statement from you?

If I understood correctly you want to do a return delivery on the same batch number by which the goods are received initially, if how this is linked to PO print out? please elaborate your requirement?

Hi all,

This actully return delivery only, but here the goods were received from customer. here my client wants to give GRDO first that is Goods return delivery order first to customer, then after few days with this GRDO customer will come to factory and take the goods.

While receiving the Goods From customer i will give one batch number in MIGO (For eg 1000 batch no, 5000 is the quantity)

so that in MMBE under 1000 batch i will come to know that particular customer have given 5000 qty

If i found any damage, first i do TP to CRSL storage location, then i do Return Delivery order, After issuing this to customer

After few day customer will come with this order and by that time i will GR by posting this Return PO(Goods Retrun Delivery order)
