In BOM structure IH05 Tcode Materialis not showing with components

Dear Expert,

I have X material is having BOM with Component Y with two different base quantity i.e. 10,15 for different assembly and both are active. So when I am going display this BOM structure in Transaction IH05 for Assembly Material X , it showing only Y Component only not showing his child component for these anyone assembly . Can you tell what reason for this it is not showing assembly for Y Component?

Hi Dev,

Just check the 'Display Levels Below' maintained in the initial screen of the transaction. If its'1', then it will show only first level structure of BOM. If you want to check the child items of your sub assemblies, make it to 2 so that BOM will get exploded to 2 levels below the parent material and so on.

Please check and revert.

Hi Hiren,

Thanks for your reply i already check similar way as you mention. But this is not working for only this item Y other item like Z assembly i can see. This Y Component is having 2 BOMs with different base quantity like 10, 15. As alternative 1 with Base qty 10 and Alternative 2 with Base qty 15. So can you highlights on this. So i can get some idea.
