Rules Substitution not work

Dear Experts.

In the company, the boss assigns tasks to his secretary ie. Approve Travel Request and for this the boss use the Substitution Rule in the UWL . However the issue that I have in this moment is that this taks not are displayed in the UWL of the secretary.

I am checking this document for create substitution rule:

My question is : What is the cause?

A task which should have been substituted is either not mapped to "Assign substitute profile"...

SPRO -> SAP NetWeaver -> Application Server -> Business Management -> SAP Business Workflow -> Basic Settings -> Define Substitute Profile...

Or, in UWL while creating the rule for substitution you might have selected wrong "Task Type"....

Hello,

In continuation of my earlier...can you please check if Substitution from manager is Activated ?

SBWP -> Settings -> Workflow settings -> Activate/Deactivate Substitute....

If it is deactivated......then Login as secretary:

SBWP -> Settings -> Workflow settings -> Adopt Substitution....

Also goto TCode PFTC...

And check your TASK that is not coming in secratary inbox....

Select Additional data -> Agent Assignment -> Maintain data....

Select task and click on attributes.....

Make sure correct classification is mentioned for this task....it should be same to what has been delegated to secretary......

does it work in backend? Can you try from SBWP or check in table HRUS_D2 is the subtstitution available?

If it is activated the tasks should be available in his UWL
