Error after applied BPC NW SP08

Our basis term has applied the BPC NW SP08, I was told that I need to uninstall and reinstall the new version in our computer. however, after I did that, when I tried to login to BPC Admin, I receive the error message of "The queue does not exist or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation"

Anybody know how to fix this?

    Uninstall the previous BPC version , If not done properly some functionalities of BPC Client cannot run.

    Follow these steps to solve this error message:

    Click Start -> Click Run -> Type "Regedit";

    Delete the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\OSoftDMClientTools.DMTool;

    Hi all.

    I have the same problem with BPC NW SP09.

    I tried to delete the register key, without changes.

    Any other suggestions?
