Tab 'Additional Data B' not showing in VA01/02/03.

Hello SAPients!

I did this:

1. Added custom fields in append structure ZAVBAP of transparent table VBAP.

2. Modified screen SAPMV45A / 8459 and added a custom field there with the same name as in append structure.

3. Activated all objects.

But, the 'Additional Data B' Tab is not being displayed.

Am I missing something? Is there addition configuration that needs to be done? Did I skip steps?

Thanks in advance for your kind help.

    Hi.

    Menu path:

To see fields, you must go in VA01 menu : Go to --> header/item --> other functions --> additional data B.

My system is in other language, but Menu path is close to described above.

Don't forget to add fields also in screen painter, and encode PBO and PAI in screen creating your own modules like in a comon module pool. It's only to check fields and fill fields in PBO.

Don't need to save. Because data save is automatic by the system.

    best regards.

    Hi,

Try activating all the objects once from SE80 and generate it and check.

    Thanks,

    Ricardo,

Entire Additional data B tab is not visible to you or you are not able to find your fields in it. I believe tab must be always there.

    Hi Ricardo Fernánd.

Be aware of choosing correct menu path. In your case, you must go to GoTo --> ITEM menu.

Once in the recent past I developed it to header data. So I added fields to VBAK and added those fields in screen painter of screen 8309 (Header customer data)...

Go to codeification of the screen to check those fields correct values entered by user...in PAI and make use of it in PBO too. After creating these MODULES in PBO and PAI, activate and test.

You must have a access key to change the screen and also the includes for PAI or PBO (e.g. MV45AIZZ for PAI...).

It must be shown in VA01... but try to see if your have filtered the shown fields options in PBO in relation with transaction in execution like VA01/03...or VA41/43.....

    best regards.
