Hi All,
How can i add country grouping to Usergroup in Adhoc query?
Thanks
Divnnr
Hi Divnnr,
Not sure what you are trying to do here. There is no direct way to restrict a User Group by country. If you want some individuals to have access to certain employee records for one country but not another, that is best solved via Security (P_ORGIN).

Hi Divnnr,
Country Code (MOLGA) is found in table T001P assigned to the Personnel Area. Thus, go to your Infoset used in your query and add table T001P to IT0001 Organizational Assignment. In SQ02 - call up your Infoset. Highlight IT0001 and select "Extras". On the Extras tab, select "Create" select radio button "Additional table" and enter the table name T001P. It will link the table to P0001-WERKS and P0001-BUKRS. Now select the Field Groups button. Open the Personnel Areas table and drag the Country Code field into the Field group you want. Save and Generate the Infoset.
You can now output the Country Code. You can also have available the fields for the Address of the Personnel Area (also a frequent request) if you add T500P the same way.
I tried this several ways: Table T001P, T500P and the additional field in IT0001 for Country. Table T001P gave the most consistant data, but it only gives the MOLGA abbreviation. The additional field, SYHR_A_P0001_AF_PL_CTRY, can give you the country text.
