How to enable user to select nodes from appropriate hierarchy

Hi all,

we have problem with providing user with possibility to select nodes (multiple) from appropriate hierarchy. By the appropriate hierarchy we mean to a hierarchy corresponding to current fiscal year (e.g. 2004 or 2005).

Based on customer input (e.g. fiscal year parameter) we are able, through the means of customer exit and hierarchy version, to derive hierarchy to be used in query. Problem that remains is how to provide customer with possibility to select nodes (at input parameters screen) from the hierarchy version derived above?

In SAPNET (http://service.sap.com/bw) there you find a usefull doc named "How to Use Hierarchy Variables and Hierarchy Node Variable" that explain how to use Variabless for Hierarchy and Hierachy Node in combination.
