Hi Atif,
Thanks
I want to understand it's process "Leasing" is for CWIP Asset OR Fixed asset because I am new for that process.
I have mention the Leasing Information in the AS02 in tab Leasing only. after that I have no idea what is the next process.
If you have any document please share with me.
Thanks & Regards,
Juhi
Dear:
Leasing process takes of amortization schedule as provided by the company to your company. You being the leasee pays the leased assets in stipulated amount as required by the leasing company. You maintain interest rates for lease in OABZ and then assign accounts for lease markup and others in AO98 along with setting interest post indicator in OAYR. After that you activate lease dep key in AFAMA. Update the dep Key for lease in OAYZ for your leases asset class. Please refer to the link given

Leasing co.
Type -01
Purchase price
No of lease payment
payment cycle (whihc may be monthly, quarterly e.t.c
lease payment and annual interest rate.
Now capitalize asset and in AW01N you will be able to see interest and in posted value tab you will be able to see planned interest for the same based on PV computation. Upon execution of dep run these values will be posted as per account assignments maintained .

Hi Sayujya,

And how to make we asset leasing payment posting please guide me.
Thanks & Regards,
Juhi
Dear:
No you do not have to do multiple postings to capitalize asset. Please follow as given and close this thread because this reply would suffice your requirement.
Create an asset
In lease tab enter following
Leasing company (your lessor)
Type 01
Lease start date
No of lease payments
Payment cycle
Lease payment
Interest Rate
Lease length
Now simply save the asset and now go to AS03 and display the asset earlier created. In lease tab you will find Open Posting Button now. Just post the values and see the impact in vendor ledger FBL1N and the relevant asset in AW01N. Hope this will help you and your issue will be resolved.

Hi Juhi,
Follow what Aatif has said, that will get you correct result. but just for your information, once asset is capitalized by using F-90 or FB01 then whole purpose of opening posting will be lost and thats why you do not see opening posting button in AS03.
As soon as you create asset as described by Aatif, and asset is created then go to AS03, now you will find opening posting button.

Sayujya
