Hello
My user had a issue regarding Incoterms.
Issue:
when using ME2O transaction to create SubCon delivery, INCONTERM is incorrect : it has to be ENL.
Answer:
I checked the screenshot provided by user and analyze that it comes from Customer.
I have suggested the same to user. But he can't change the INCOTERM because its used for other deliveries also.
Issue:
He asked me how to the change INCOTERM directly in the PO?
My Reply:
In SAP, incoterms value in PO comes from Info record.
If we add required incoterms value in Info record it will fetch that in PO at
the time of PO creation.
Main Issue:
Users reply:
unfortunately it didn't work :-(.
I think, this is because PO and delivery creation are not directly linked in the ME2O transaction.
Maybe, if we find a transaction that link directly requirement from PO and delivery this would work ?
Please help me in this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Namrata
I will check and come back to you

Hi,
When creating the delivery using ME2O the sales functionality is used.
Thus the delivery terms are taken from the customer view.
Please check what are the delivery terms in the related customer master for the vendor.
