Hi Rashmi_BH

For Raw Material Planing you have to create Production Order on the base of Sales Order & Run MRP Wizard.

MRP Calculate Planing For Raw Material Automatically on the base of Production Order you have to make in SAP & also Consider In Stock Raw Material in Warehouse & also Comsider Purchase Order you have to make in SAP

For above Calculation MRP Wizard automatically create Purchase Order for not in stock in existing condition.

You can use MRP module for production planning.Before using MRP, Configure Item master carefully.

Following Attribute maintain properly..

1. Planning method

2. Procurement Method

3. Lead time
