Goods receipt using DTW

Hi Experts

I wasnt to be able to do a goods receipt using DTW. Please note that i DONT want to do a goods receipt for a customer

Instead of manually doing a goods receipt through inventory> inventory transactions> Goods receipt (where there is no customer involved) i want to do a DTW import due to the volume

Can some one tell me which upload spread sheets i need to use.

I have looked at the SAP template under the that on the given template the customer code field is mandotary. AS mentioned above i do not want to use customers

Thank you

Kind Regards

Apsara

    Hi!

What is your B1 Version. What is the template name you are using. In the Root folder of DTW under Templates >> Inventory >> Inventory Transactions >> Goods Receipt

      Hi Apsara,

The templates you found are the right templates. I believe it is only a documentation error when the templates were prepared. Since these documents share the exact table format with other marketing documnets, the Excel worksheets must be copied from the marketing document templates without revise.

Just try to DTW. Ignore what note mentioned mandatory field.

      Thanks,

      Gordon
