ME9F-error

Hi,

Please help on what to do in tcode ME9F, what should be done to the error. PO already sent to supplier afterwards they edited the price on the line item 3 of PO, they released again then will send to supplier. When displaying the message with complete line items in PO(3 items) but when "output message" only the line item with changed appears(line item 3). What should be the problem? Also I repeat output successfully but when I'm displaying it an information message appears "No print-relevant changes to document 9160000099 exist", whats is the problem?

hi,

ME9F is just for the message output.

In the PO (ME23N), you may click on the "Message" button which will link you message output.

In the message output screen, you may see if the indicator "Change" is ticked?

To my company fucntionality, if the message was sent before, everytime the output message will be repeat automatically when you go into the PO change mode and which output will have a "change" ticked.

and If would like to send the output message with full PO info (Not just change info"), we need to delete the line with "Change" indicator, and repeat manually with the first output message.

Anyway, this is to my company system functionality, i have no idea if your company work with the same way!

select your desired message (probably output type NEU, and status with green lights) and click repeat output button.

Its the standard SAP behavior to send the PO print only with changes if the PO print is already sent to Vendor. It is understood that Vendor has received the PO and folowed by only the changes. You can modify the Output program with the help ABABper so that PO will be sent everytime with all the items.
