price from PR to PO

Hi all,

I am creating PR for two materials and price is copying from material master, now my requirement is that PR price should copy into PO when i'm doing with reference to PR. Unfortunately another material price is not copying into PO.

Always pr price getting from Material master and manual only.

You can't copy form PO

Hi,

Go to OMET - Here create a Function Authorisation key as ''01' and here under "General Parameters", activate "Adopt Po price" and maintain in User Master with Parameter ID 'EFB'.

In PR under "Valuation" Tab, you will get option of adopting PO Price as Gross or Net, select the appropriate option and then create PO w.r.t. PR.

Thnaks for your quick reply, without maintaining these settings i'm able to copy material price for one of the item from PR to PO

Just check in ME1P whether PO History exists for this material, Plant and Vendor conbination which would be having same price as MAP.

Generally, PR Price doesn't get copied to PO automatically w/o this setting.

Thank you very much, now i understood that price is copying from purchase order history.
