How to intialize PurReq status - "B(PO created)" to "N"(Not edited)

Hello gurus,

After delete PO line, I found the status of PurReq was still "B"- which means "PO created"- ,and linked PO has been diaplayed on ME53N. How can I initialize the PurReq status and stop displaying PO in ME53N? I thought if PO is deleted, the status of PurReq would change to "N"- Not edited" automatically, but it wasn't. I tried to set "C" to EKKO-LOEKZ (PO header deletion flag) using Mass maintenance (Tr-CD MASS), consequently deletion flg was set in the PO, but the status of the PurReq is still "B".

I would really appreciate it, if someone could give me a clue.

Thnaks for the information, but we are not using "IS-OIL / IS-MINE" module, so this is diferrent from what I am investigating.
