Upgrade ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0

Dear All,

Can someone help in high overview we should be caution about upgrade from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0, and do we need to load whole transaction data again in ECC 6.0 after upgrade or the data would be affect only major changes Technical changes.

Please advice.

You are upgading Technically or also functionally?

Technically you won't have to upload any transaction data or master data.

But you have to create text scripts and hav to test all the business senario for the users and make user notes.
