calibration report / certificate

Dear PM Guru's

please suggest me is there any standard report for calibration certificate / results recording / which should include inspection specifications? along with the usage decisions?

Hi,

after prolong discussion with sap pm consultants, i went SMARTFORM development as per my requirements. Its completely abap development. I used below table for getting my requirements.

QAMR, QAMV, QAVE, QALS, QPCT, TQ76T, AFIH.

QGA2 is the standard report provided by SAP. But since it was not sufficient we went for a report development

Hi,

You can get the inspection report in transaction QA32. Inspection value and usage decision is available in that t code.

In qa32 - enter ur inspection lot origin. in List settings select only inspection lot with usage decision. it will show ur completed inspection lots. select line item and generate inspection report.

but its very tedious job to enter the equipment and task list, why because its not easy to enter the task list group?

please suggest is there any other way.

It will give the lots created & usage decision details for this equipment and task list characteristics

I am not sure whether Calibration certificate is a part of Calibration process but check the report QGA2 with inspection lot origin as 14 .., similarly check report QGA4 -QM Evaluation ..
