Prorata calculation for wagetypes maintained in infotype 14

Greetings!!

We have a scenario wherein wagetype maintained in infotype 14 should be calculated pro-rata basis.

eg. special allowance is 3000. It is applicable for teh employee from 16th April onwards. So April month he should get only 1500 as special allowance. This we are successful by modifying x011 using PRATE operation.

We are failing only in 1 scenario, i.e if employee is having leave without pay from 10th April- 13th April, then also it is reducing the special allowance amount. We want the amount to be reduced only if the absence falls in the special allowance period.

All ideas to achieve the same mentioned above is appreciated.

Thanks,

Sreejit

The only way this is possible is for you to create a WPBP split during the period of your special allowance. Once you have it, create a proration factor that uses a valuation class assigned to your absence type via T554C.

During LWP period I want to deduct this component but if the LWP is in period before the start of this allowance then it should not. For. eg. if duty car allowance is starting on 16th Aril if somebody is on LWP between 1st April & 15th April then this wagetype amount should not be deducted.
