How to configure the below Employee leave quota conditions?

Hi Experts

My client is already implemented Payroll. Now they ready to implement Negative time management. I am going to do Negative time management configuration. They have Four conditions regarding leave quota.

1--> When an employee is 15 minutes late for more than 3 days there is a deduction in the salary.

2--> They have different types of leaves, but those who present(Provide on the basis of previous year working) not less than

200 days in a year is eligible for earned leaves(15 days).

3--> The employee who have no ESI is eligible for sick leave.

4--> Trainee staffs can take 1 day leave for every 20 working days in a calendar year.

I am new to SAP HR. What can i do for the above mention conditions. Plz help me experts..

Its a nice opportunity to work on these scenario's.

From all of your queries you need to go thru the PCR's only.

Assign Time types to your Absence Quotas and write accordingly.

You said that -ve Time management Rt.... that is 9 - Time evaluation planned times.

1. you need query with the Planned working hours and first in time of the day to work on 1 issue.

2. You need to query on the previous data of attendance for the previous year work days.

3. NO idea about it..

4. You can query on the EE group and Sub groups.

You can do this scenario only incase of Positive time management, as you told you are going for neagtive time evaluation you can t do this

only in postive time we capture employee actual clock in and out, in positive we can check wether employee came late or not where in negative we cant do this2--> They have different types of leaves, but those who present(Provide on the basis of previous year working) not less than

this also with positive we can do

3--> The employee who have no ESI is eligible for sick leave.

this we can do with either postive or neagative, employee will be falled under ESI only if sal is less than 15000 k per month or else depends on their grade , this we can check

4--> Trainee staffs can take 1 day leave for every 20 working days in a calendar year.

this you can do with positive time and with PCR

I am new to SAP HR. What can i do for the above mention conditions. Plz help me experts..

To full fill all the above requirement we can do with Positive time evaluation and schema for this is TM00 and you should select time management status as i -Time evaluationoof actual times in 7 infotype

Thxs for ur brief explanation. Is any other option to solve my above condition by using Negative time management. Plz explain abt Time evaluation. After implement Negative time management, we have to create Portal and ESS/MSS also. Plz experts help me

Time evaluation evaluates the employee working time ,absence days ,attendance days etc that have been recorded for or by your employees.

The system uses the results of time evaluation to form time balance and time wage type and absence quotas. the main aim of time evaluation is to count employee working days and absence days and based on that payment will given to employees

we have different times of time evaluation methods Positive and negative

Positive - You will capture employee actual clock in and clock out times , from ther you will identify overtime worked by employee, this postive evaluation helps to generate quotas based on employee working/actua hrs, to determine OT, we can sort out certain scenarios based on employee clock in and our eg:late coming

schema used TM00 , time management status 1

Negative- you will not capture employee clock in and clock outs, we capture only devaitaion like absence,until unless there is record in 2001 system treats that employee at work

Schema used Tm04 and time management status 9

from time evlauation we will send time wagetypes to Payroll thru ZL table

ZL table is integration between Time and Payroll

In your case u2026u2026u2026u2026u2026u2026u2026 are you capturing clockin outs thru swipe machine in that case you can go for positive

As the business wanted to capture late coming I suggest you can go for positive..

Or else you have to maintain entry in 2002 infotype with attendance type as Normal , as you metioned that you r client will go for ESS and MSS employee will maintain attendance type thru ESS portal and that will be saved in 2002 infotype ,, so you can write PCR counting the attendance actual entry time and based on that you can evaluate late coming
