My client is already implemented Payroll. Now they ready to implement Negative time management. I am going to do Negative time management configuration. They have Four conditions regarding leave quota.
1--> When an employee is 15 minutes late for more than 3 days there is a deduction in the salary.
2--> They have different types of leaves, but those who present(Provide on the basis of previous year working) not less than
200 days in a year is eligible for earned leaves(15 days).
3--> The employee who have no ESI is eligible for sick leave.
4--> Trainee staffs can take 1 day leave for every 20 working days in a calendar year.
I am new to SAP HR. What can i do for the above mention conditions. Plz help me experts..
