Dear

Please go to the transaction code OPK4 ( Define confirmation Parameters ) .

Select the option , General Validity settings . In the subscreen Checks , you will find the options for under delivery tolerence and over delivery tolerence . Please choose the correct option , whether under delivery & over delivery tolerence are allowed or not . errors etc.

Please check and revert. Thanks

Pawan,

??? You want a warning every time there is a confirmation for a quantity less than the underdelivery tolerance? That means almost every confirmation will give the user a warning. Does that really make any sense?

Underdelivery tolerance setting only produces a warning when you are setting the final confirmation for the operation.

Normally during confirmations for an order, most of the confirmations will be for substantially less than the goal quantity. Only the final few confirmations bring the total confirmed quantity to something 'close' to the goal quantity.

2. Choose the tab page --->General Validity settings -

3. Save .

Pawan,

From F1 help:

Check underdelivery tolerance in order

Defines how the system is to react during confirmation if the yield and the rework quantity fall below the order's underdelivery tolerance when the operation is finally confirmed

Note the final 5 words. I suggest that you revisit this topic with your client. If it were my company, I wouldn't want this feature.

If the client persists, then this requirement will need custom development.
