Credit Management Issue-No pop up message

Hi,

I am not getting a pop up for credit management at the point of sales order. I have done the following settings for credit management check with sales order:

Maintained credit conrol area and assigned to company code, defined credit group and sales document setting for item category and assigend sales document to check crediti D) and credit group and defined autoamtic check. MY automatic check I have set it for static. kindly help

Hi,

Go to the T-Code "OVA8" and select the relevant one and go to the details in your case your selected Static

you can find out the fields "Reaction " in that mentioned "C or D " and check the Fields "Status " save it

after that check the sales order
