Users and Groups in CMC

Hi all,

When i go to "Users and Groups" homepage within CMC, and then click on "Users", the list returns no users even though on the bottom of the page there's a text indicating there are 180 objects (users) returned. In other words, when i click on "Users" option, I cannot see any users. Furthermore, it automatically logged me out of CMC and I had to restart ALL services in order to be able to log back into CMC again. This has never happened before.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreaciated.

which version of BOE with which SP/FP on which OS?

I have BO XI R3.0

OS - Windows Server 2003

DB - SQL Server 2000

Hi,

3.0 is a pretty old Version. I would recommend you update to the latest Version which is XI 3.1 SP4.

Loads of Bugs have been fixed in the meantime.
