Can not Print Document on Remote connection?

Hi Experts,

I need Document printing in my Remote PC but I can not print it.

My PC Connection is VPN

Internet speed is 2 MBPS

Hi Bhavesh..........

You can route the printer setting through the VPN box for that it needs proper Authorization.

You may ask your service provider who looks after Services of VPN and ask for printing preferences so that it will be possible to get the print from remote.......

Hello,

Try this may it will help you..

You should make default printer in remote pc.

first in server pc write this syntax in run command

Remote PC IP

press enter.

You find share folder and shared printer on Remote PC IP

After that select printer and make default it. now whenever you will print from Server PC it will print on Remote PC.

Hi Bhavesh Kansagara,

Welcome you post on the forum.

VPN may not be good enough for B1 due to this fat client application. The two official supported remote connections are Terminal or Citrix server.
