Export to Excel from BW Web report

Hi,

We are on BW 3.0b and we have created some web reports that allow the user to select either a hierarchy or a value as part of the restriction (e.g. Cost centre)

When the user selects a hierarchy, the display on the web report is correct, but when the data is downloaded to Excel, the "twisties" which allow the user to expand or collapse hierarchy nodes are not transfered along with it and as a result, we only see image placeholders (which do not look good for the end user). Is there any way to fix this?
