internal Activity allocation

Hi ,

We have Configured a Sender cost centre 12345 in t77s0 Semi SCOST field.

Current process is: - during creation of business event user left the blank cost centre. Business event is created . user run the (pv18) Activity allocation program me for the attendees. Get a list of attendees and we create the activity allocation for those attendees. Document is successfully generated. In document sender cost centre default taking from Semin Scost :- 12345

If user assign manually cost centre in creation of business event and run pv18 and create activity allocation that time message is shown u201C E Ki 806 Transaction allocation activity has been lockedu201D

I removed the default entry from Semin Scost . so that user can manually pick the cost centre in Business event and that would be sender cost centre in activity allocation. When I tried to create Activity allocation u201C Error message is comes u201CControlling parameter affecting activity allocation are missing u201C

Could you please how I can handle this , user does not want default sender cost sender. User can pick from the cost centre drop down in Business Event is internal and planned.

check that the receiving cost objects,..costing period is not closed... and you should be ok... if this doesnt make sense talk to the fi gys and ask them to open the costing period for the receiving cost center for which you are getting the error and try again..
