I want to know the difference b/w Talent in Nakisa and Talent Management in SAP.

SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa is a 100% web-based solution that provides real-time, in-depth visualization of organizational data and analytics, and execution of succession plans. It helps organizations to effectively align talent goals with business strategy based on a single system of record for talent and a single consistent view of the enterprise.
The SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa application consists of four components: Succession Planning, OrgChart, OrgModeler, and HCM Dashboard. Customers can choose to license HR Professional users in order to access the capabilities of all four components. This requires corresponding HR Professional licenses in SAP. If only the OrgChart option is required, customers must license the Employee user option and have corresponding SAP Employee users. The Talent Viewing (Manager) option provides access for managers only to the SuccessionPlanning and OrgChart components.
The SAP Talent Visualization application (with the exception of OrgModeler) does not have a separate database - it depends entirely on data and objects maintained in SAP ERP Human Capital Management. Customers should have Organizational Structures, including Position and Person data (Qualifications) in order to make best use of the SAP Talent Visualization application.

Basically, in Talent Management you have Succession Management, which is a process involving several SAP components:
- Job Architecture (can be with STVN TalentFramework)
- Talent Profile
- Talet Assessment
- Talent Review
- Succession Planning (with STVN SuccessionPlanning)
- Development Plans
So, Nakisa and SAP's Succession Planning solution - STVN SuccessionPlanning - is the solution to handle the succession planning part of this process.
