how to track email responses and how can we generate call list what are all customizing to be done plz explain me plz
Hi Abhinav,
Email responses can be tracked using reports or using a Campaign automation scenario.
Reports like Marketing Contact Summary and Contact List can be used.
Automation scenario where in BP's in Target group contacted can be added to another new Target group.

Hi,
Call list will be generated, when you select the communication medium as phone in campaign.The call list will be transferred to interaction center.You can see at :SAP Menu->Interaction center->supporting process->outbound calling->call list maintenance.You can find your camapign and need to activate your call list.
Email response can be known by reports in WEB UI->marketing professional->reports->marketing contact list /marketing contact summary(link tracking ).
