Hello experts:

I know and use MSC1,2, and 3N.

My question is:

I want to use the BMBC cockpit to see all materials that have expired in a time frame in days.

Please explain the steps to do this for a series of material by type

and

individual material numbers in a time frame.

This client use 15, 30 and 90 days.

For Rohs, Halbs, and Ferts...

Thanks for any help.

On the selection screen, on the batch tab, enter in the SLED date range you want to find materials for.

On the material tab enter in a plant ID if you want to limit the search to. If none, leave blank.

Click on execute.

A list of all batches meeting criteria will be displayed. This is ALL batches, not just batches with inventory.

On the menu bar, look for an icon that looks like three cartons stacked up. Click on this. This will pop up a window and show you the inventory amounts of the selected batches.

Keep in mind that some of the inventory may already be in blocked stock or in other stock categories, not just unrestricted.

Hi,

BMBC is quite a good transaction to get all info about the batches.

You can get the info about batch expiry dates, by pulling on the tab "Display as list" in the left side selection screen, after getting data about the batches for a particular material.

If you have mapped the Shelf life expiry as 15, 30 and 90 days for the batches, the same info can be seen in the list.

Suppose: you want to know the number of batches having particular char. values, you can also do it. Open tab: Classification and at the bottom: Search with characteristics.

So, from BMBC, you can get almost all info about the batches.
