I am defining a collection org structure -- I have a number of large clients associated with multiple bill-to (60+).
the specialist only work these companies once or twice a week; they would like to isolate those companies in a separate worklist (or grouping) from their everyday worklist items.
I think this can be accomplished with a separate group or will it require a new segment (2 or 3 company codes) primarily for those large companies and their bill-to's??
any suggestions?? Also, these are not head office/branch scenarios
we're on Ehp5
thx.
How will this actually work in practise?
The specialist will have a main list, and then once a week, the 60 bill to's will be included?
Or the specialist will have a main worklist, and on a certain day, run a second work list to manage the 60 accounts?
If it is the first option, you may want to include the 60+ group in the collection group so they get included in the same worklist and have different rules (based on contact days and perhaps a customer group) to ensure the 60+ day customers appeared once a week.
You could keep them in the worklist but not work on them - this could be done by activating a special note for the account.
I would question how a user would process 2 worklists in a day.

its actually the latter, they want a main worklist, then once/twice a week work the large accts in second worklist.
they're using COLL_MGT more as a contact mgmt system, (quota driven, no p2p, no disputes, great deal of dunning, corresp., emails and notes.)
Working the larger accts takes approx a full day, then its done -- rest of week is on smaller accts.
any suggestions?? also how does the special note work??
